HARMONY
n.
Condition of peace; in which there is agreement or lack of conflict; concord, concord. A balance between elements that creates a pleasant sensation.
From the Greek “harmonía,as” and the Latin “harmonia,ae”, meaning agreement, order.
Lately I feel that this definition has been erased from the world. The lives of millions of people have been conditioned by this, the lives of millions of people have been indirectly influenced by this, for many thousands more, far from the places of conflict and lack of order, it brings uncertainty, worry, a tightening of the heart because of the little or no ability to do anything to help. In life it’s the same, sometimes we feel helpless, sometimes our hearts are squeezed, sometimes order is messed up, but here it’s up to each of us how we find it again, with more or less difficulty, with more or less enthusiasm. Because all of this is about your own life, about you, about the moments you have with yourself and about your ability to learn to give yourself enough space, respect and warmth to overcome, retreat, align… And it’s okay if you need time, it’s okay if you don’t want that time, it’s okay if you do what you want, because this whole story you’re writing is about you and in the end, what you’ll always be looking for is harmony.
Do you feel you need to share one of your moments of disorder? You can send me a message, this beautiful community we’re creating will help you not to judge your own life!
