Ana has over 8 years’ experience cooking for groups, managing teams and dealing with budgets. During this time, she has learned to balance creative planning with the joy of being in the kitchen, where the satisfaction of seeing everything unfold as originally intended is truly incredible. In addition, her experience leading teams and working with the community has given her a great capacity to adapt and the ability to solve challenges quickly and efficiently.
