Ana's food was exceptionally excellent and she prepared it all with such calm, grace and happiness. It was such a great pleasure to have her with us on the retreat as well as to eat the meals she prepared. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, with a variety of dishes and flavors, all very healthy, never making me feel heavy afterwards. I recommend Ana as the best cook ever - if she ever starts cooking retreats, I'm joining !

The Food & Yoga Weekend is a retreat designed especially for those looking for a break from stress, who love good times with friends or family, but don’t always have the time or inspiration for cooking. This retreat offers the opportunity to transform small daily habits and inspire new ways of living with more presence.

During this exclusive weekend, you’ll learn how to create simple, nutritious and aesthetically inspiring dishes, while exploring yoga and mindfulness practices that will help you bring more balance and serenity into your routine.

Do I need experience?

What a pleasure to say: no!
Neither yoga nor cooking. Everything will be adjusted to respect any limitations or allergies you may have. You just need to come with an open heart!

Why is it so special?

With a limit of only 4 to 6 participants per weekend, this retreat guarantees personalized support, focused on your needs and goals. Whether it’s impressing friends with new dishes, planning meals for the family or simply reconnecting with yourself, this experience has been thought out in detail so that you come back inspired.

How is the program organized?

Before that: And it’s possible to extend your stay, so you just have to decide how long before or after you want to stay to enjoy the island!

The retreat officially starts in the late afternoon, we meet in the kitchen to talk, cook and have dinner and that’s also how we finish, around the table after lunch on the 4th.

Note: the entire program may be readjusted in the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent any type of outdoor activity. And of course, wishes and adjustments that make sense for the group…

Do I need to bring anything?

Only what is comfortable for you. Materials for yoga and workshops are provided.

How to get to Porto Santo?

There are air and sea connections to the island.

You can connect via Funchal (which has connections to lots of European cities) and from there you can decide to fly with Binter Canarias or have the experience of traveling on a ferry, with Porto Santo Line.

You can also fly directly from Lisbon with Easyjet or TAP.

And what are the accommodation conditions like?

The retreat is based in the house where you will be sleeping, with respect for your private space.

The rooms are shared (2 people in each), and each room has a bathroom. If you choose not to share, I can help you find another place where you can guarantee all the space to yourself.
