In calmer classes, you will follow sequences focused on breathing, body alignment, flexibility and balance, with inverted postures and focusing on connecting with your mind. In the studio’s warmth or immersed in nature, embracing and finding the necessary balance within each heart through movement and contemplation. This is where you find the opportunity to embrace your fears, face them and trust yourself even more, very aware of the here and now.
